• Bank credit policies, SBP prudential regulation and Micro Finance Act compliance.
• As a member of Risk Department, to review loan application prior to approval.
• Take full responsibility of Finca’s reputation in all functional areas particularly the integrity of credit risk processes.
• Credit portfolio review and credit decisions making.
• Take all measures to achieve the end objectives as to minimize PAR.
• Co-ordination with Branch Managers, IT, product, outreach and Business for the purpose of managing information and improving risk administration process.
• Take report to new area assessment from Sales officer.
• Physical verification of EMI loan application.
• Post disbursal visits of clients.
• Giving the idea, suggestions to sale officer to achieve the Branch Targets and objectives with quality.
• Support all credit risk team members by assisting in the day to day running of the department in general and the organization in particular.
• Assist and maintain the loan funding reporting and provide reporting on files.
• Assist with nominated projects as identified in the Credit Risk Business Plan.
• Ensure the management/supervision of direct reporting staff in accordance with organizational compliance.
• Ensure the successful completion of individual training and development activities to update knowledge and skills relating to legislative, policy, and system, procedure, product and service requirements inherent in current duties.

• Search out the new customer by marketing, Mobilization.
• Building and managing area’s portfolio through liaison with existing clients, managing their accounts, marketing potential customer, identifying their particular need, interpreting and analyzing client’s financial standing, preparing credit proposals and completing necessary collateral formalities.
• Full responsibility customer care.
• Assessment the business worth and recommend the loan as per financial worth.
• Achieve the Target by retaining the customer.
• A regular monitoring of existing customer’s financing needs and business health.
• Attend to the queries of Risk Management.
• An ongoing monitoring of customer with proactive approach.
• Monitoring and updated knowledge on industry situation and future trends to manage a healthy portfolio and reduce the possibility of NPL’s.
• Reporting of portfolio to head office and SBP as and when required.
• Conducted various in house training for new inductees of bank.
• Run branch credit committee.
• Provide quality service superior to competitors.

• To build up a portfolio for the branch by selling and marketing the load procedures to prospective target market after carefully analyses their potential to repay the loan.
